How much does the course cost?Depending on the tier, it costs $97, $197, or $297. In comparison to other meditation courses, these prices are extremely accommodating. Most courses are at least $500 or more.How long is each class and when does it begin?Each class will last 90 minutes via Zoom, and the course begins on Saturday, May 18th at 9 am EST and ends at 10:30 am EST. From there, the class will meet every Saturday until June 22nd from 9 am EST to 10:30 am EST.Where is the private community hosted?The private community is hosted on an app called Telegram. You'll get an email about how to access the community after you register for the course.Where can I find the resources?The resources will be shared via email after each class, and they will also be shared in Telegram.What happens if I miss a class?Every class is recorded, so you can access them later if you miss them. However, it’s recommended to attend as many live classes as possible to cultivate community, receive direct teachings, and practice with the group.How long will it take for me to experience the benefits of mindfulness?Many experience benefits such as calmness, clarity of mind, and self-efficacy as soon as the first class, but this can vary depending on one’s mindset and approach to mindfulness practice.Do I have to meditate every day?No, but try not to miss twice.
